    Description

    We are looking for a talented and experienced Technical Content Writer with a strong focus on cybersecurity to join our team.

    As a Technical Content Writer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, relevance, and effectiveness of our cybersecurity training content.

    You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce content that addresses the unique needs of our clients while staying ahead of industry trends.


    Responsibilities:

    Content Evaluation:
    Review and assess existing content to maintain accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness in the ever-evolving field of cybersecurity.

    Technical Content Creation:

    Produce industry-specific and department-specific technical content to cater to a diverse audience with varying levels of expertise in cybersecurity.


    Content Improvement:
    Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to content writers to enhance content quality and alignment with industry standards.

    Content Strategy:

    Develop content strategies tailored to different difficulty levels, ensuring that our training materials meet the needs of various user groups and personas.


    Competitive Analysis:
    Conduct a thorough competitive analysis to identify industry trends, best practices, and potential gaps in our training offerings.

    Competitor Insights:
    Analyze global competitors' strategies and offerings to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities that can benefit our customers.

    Stay Current:

    Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and industry developments to ensure that our training materials remain competitive and relevant.


    Collaboration:
    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that content aligns with marketing and sales strategies. Translate complex security concepts into simplified, layman's terms.

    Working on Automation of the Journey-Identify pain points, bottlenecks, and areas of improvement.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and address challenges.

    Requirements
    Bachelor's degree, post graduation or certifications in Computer Science, or a related field

    Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the IT sector, preferably with a focus on cybersecurity.

    Strong knowledge of IT concepts and best practices.

    Proven experience in analyzing competitor strategies and offerings.

    Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

    Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

    Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
