    Description


    As a Sales Associate at Datachamps, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying and acquiring new clients for our digital transformation and dashboard offerings.

    Reporting to the leadership, you will be responsible for below:


    Lead Generation and Prospecting:

    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients within the relevant sectors i.e. large enterprises, MNCs and fastgrowing midsized corporates
    • Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media (LinkedIn) to generate leads and initiate contact with prospects.
    • Qualify leads based on their interest, needs, and fit for Datachamps' solutions.

    Client Engagement and Relationship Building:

    • Engage with prospects through effective communication to understand their challenges and requirements and Present Datachamps' value proposition and solutions to prospects, highlighting how they can address their specific needs.
    • Standardize the process of client demo, working with the video content team in this regard
    • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to position Datachamps as a trusted partner in their digital transformation journey.

    Marketing Support & Collaboration:

    • Assist in the development of marketing collateral such as brochures, case studies, and presentations to support sales efforts. Collaborate to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and lead generation.
    • Collaborate with other crossfunctional teams (e.g. BI & Dashboard Development) to ensure alignment in messaging and support for sales initiatives.
    • Leverage digital marketing channels such as social media, email, and content marketing to engage with prospects and drive inbound leads.

    Sales Support and Collaboration:

    • Assist in preparing clientmeeting specific presentations, and other sales collateral for client meetings and pitches.
    • Assist in preparation and customisation of proposals as the leads and conversations move forward.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients and ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.

    Activity Reporting and Performance Tracking:

    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including lead status, communication history, and deal pipeline, using CRM software.
    • Provide regular updates to the management on progress against targets, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Actively participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge of Datachamps' offerings.
