- Cloud Control / Grid Control
- Experience in any scripting language like Python, Shell, Perl, etc is an added advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure quick thinking and remaining calm during stressful situations
- Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts and on weekends
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical issues
- Appetite to learn new technologies and constantly improve technical skills.
- Provide SME level of support whenever the scenario exists.
- Proven work experience as a Database administrator
- Familiarity with Oracle database design, coding, and documentation
- Knowledge of database backup procedures, recovery systems, and SQL
- Knowledge of programming languages and API
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
- Ability to visualize algorithmic structures
