    Description

    Guest Service Associates

    Position: Guest Service Associate (Male / Female)

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

    Take and process customer orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality service standards.

    Possess a thorough understanding of menu items and make recommendations to guests.

    Manage cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing.

    Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, creating a visually appealing and welcoming environment for guests.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or known QSR brand.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

    Basic knowledge of hospitality and customer service principles.
