Job Purpose

Purpose of the Position:

• Incumbent shall be responsible for Process Ramp-up / Stabilization / technology development, implementation, efficiency & yield improvement for Metallization/LCO Laser Cluster.

Job Specifications: -

• Min. Experience: 5+ years (in Solar PV Cell Process specifically in PERC / TOPCon)
• Essential Qualification: Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering or science

Requisite skills:

• Knowledge and hands-on experience of Metallization line process & equipment's from supplier like AMAT, Maxwell & ASYS for Metallization / LCO/Firing / LID Regenerator / IV & EL Tester
• Expert in PERC / TOPCon Solar Cell Process Development
• Characterization expert of Solar cell for process improvement (e.g. Loss analysis, IQE-EQE, SIMS, ECV, etc.) as per his/her cluster requirement
• Experience in Six Sigma Methodologies & Statistical Software
• Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to gather and review resources and select and synthesize data for reports and other written materials

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare SOPs, Control Plan/WI/CS/SPC for Maintenance & their revision as per requirement
• Continuous Improvement in cell efficiency, yield, Throughput & drive cost reduction projects
• To provide production and maintenance support to the customer in the final stage.
• Training & Developing of technical teams
• To educate the cell maintenance team about preventive and breakdown maintenance & root cause analysis.
• Continuous Improvement in cell efficiency, yield, Throughput & drive cost reduction projects
• Responsible to keep a close eye on external developments in his/her field of expertise that might be relevant to ReNew technology roadmap.
