- Proven 4+ experience as a Kubernetes Administrator or similar role, managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters.
- Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native application architecture and microservices.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Certifications such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) are a plus.
