Role Description

The Technical Recruiter role is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, technical recruiting, hiring, and communication with candidates and hiring managers. The Technical Recruiter will identify and engage top talent in the industry and build a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future roles.

Job Summary

Sourcing and Recruiting Candidates: Responsible for sourcing, identifying, and recruiting candidates for job vacancies. This includes online job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals and other recruitment methods to attract and screen potential candidates.
Conducting technical Interviews: Screening potential candidates to assess their suitability for the job which includes evaluating their skills, qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors also experience in taking technical interviews
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified IT candidates.
Managing the Recruitment Process: Manage end to end recruitment process effectively and efficiently. Creating Job Descriptions, Posting Job Adds, Screening Resumes, Scheduling Interviews, and Placing an Offer.
Building Relationships: Build relationships with potential candidates, managers, and other stakeholders to promote the organization as an attractive place to work.
Maintaining Candidates Database: Maintain database of potential candidates, keeping track of their resumes, qualifications, and other relevant information. Ensure that the organization has a pool of suitable candidates to choose from for future requirements.

Job Requirements

Having qualification in B.Tech
2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Experience in taking technical interview.
Hands on experience on Naukri, , and various online job portals.
Strong network among candidates, recruiters, and consultants.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System and other Recruitment Software.
Skills:- Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, Strategic sourcing, Screening, headhunting and Sourcing management
