    Customer Relationship Manager:

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering long-term loyalty. The Customer Relationship Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires advanced communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a deep understanding of customer satisfaction and how to constantly improve it.

    Roles:

    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.

    Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.

    Register new enquiries and purchase orders.

    Collaborate with internal teams to generate proforma invoices or quotations for the customer.

    Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    Monitor client satisfaction and feedback and take proactive measures to address any issues or concerns.

    Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions using Excel

    Assist in the development of marketing materials or campaigns to promote customer retention and acquisition.

    Skills required:

    1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

    2. Proven work experience as a Customer Relationship Manager or similar role.

    3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

    4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.

    5. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

    7. A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

    8. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

    9. Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.

    10. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
