    allnex invites you to join our thriving team in position of Business Development Manager in Mumbai, India to lead the business development activities for Tires & Rubber business in India and other part of Asia. In this role, you will be supporting our Additives growth by providing high level expertise to global accounts and lead the technical developments for Tires and Rubber.

    Responsibilities

  • Supporting in developing and implementing a tire market business strategy to increase allnex sales and MI.
  • Building solid commercial and customer relationships in the tires industry/market.
  • Developing new products aligned with the tires market and establishing business strategy.
  • Creating value propositions for both existing and new tire applications.
  • Establish new global customer and distribution partner relationships, with focus on Key Accounts and emerging regions/markets.
  • Identifying unmet needs in tires market through customer intimacy and interaction with regional sales forces.
  • Actively exploring new opportunities for profitable business growth.
  • Be the face of allnex at trade shows, conferences, and customers in the area of expertise for tires business
  • Demonstrating creativity, foresight and mature judgment in planning, organizing and guiding the technical aspects of projects.
  • Evaluate tire market segment proposals/ideas for technical and commercial viability prior implementing PRM strategies.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to manufacturing and marketing teams for new product introductions.
  • Required skills and experience

  • 5 -10 years of technical experience in business development, technical service, or product application roles.
  • Experience in the rubber and tire industries is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of tire formulas, manufacturing processes, and requirements.
  • Expertise in analyzing market trends, businesses, and customer needs.
  • Strong knowledge of business growth techniques.
  • Excellent business intelligence mindset and skills.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential.
  • Sharp negotiation and networking skills.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Polymer Science.
