- Teachand train trainees in theory and practical classes as per thesyllabus for Manufacturing Technology.
- Imparteducation in modern shop floor practices like 5S Kaizens 7QC toolsand TPM to enhance trainees learning.
- Conducttests and exams leading to certification and provide placementassistance to make traineesemployable.
- Coordinate induction program anddeploy trainees to industry as well as visit trainees at theindustry afterdeployment.
- Bachelorsdegree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/BTech) with 2 to 3 years ofexperience or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 5 yearsofexperience.
- Conversant inMS Office
- Good teachingability
- Good communicationskills
- Industry exposure is an addedadvantage
