    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in processing and managing sales orders efficiently.
    • Coordinate deliveries and maintain regular follow-ups on order status.
    • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide product information.
    • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations for clients.
    • Generate sales quotes and proposals.
    • supporting the sales team in promotional and marketing activities.
    • Coordinates with prospective clients and arrange sales meetings.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
    • Coordinates with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information and follow-ups.
    • Prepare comprehensive sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

    Any Graduate / Engineer / B.B.A / M.B.A

    1 to 2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator.

    Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

    Experience Good organizational skills

    Excellent communication skills ( verbal and written)

    Excellent computer skills

    Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel

    Ability to handle various situations with ease

    Good team player
