    Description

    Job Title: Agile Project Manager

    We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Project Manager to lead our teams in delivering high-quality technology solutions.

    About the Role:

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Agile best practices across multiple teams, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

    • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for multiple agile teams.
    • Coach and mentor team members on Agile/Scrum practices to ensure alignment and adoption.
    • Act as a servant leader and remove blockers or dependencies impacting team velocity.

    Key Responsibilities / KRA (Key Result Areas):

    • Sprint & Backlog Management:
      • Work closely with Project Managers to plan, monitor, and deliver parallel sprints across multiple projects.
      • Help ensure backlogs are well-groomed and prioritized in collaboration with Product Owners.
    • Bridge communication between developers, QA, product, and business teams to ensure alignment.
    • Organize and lead cross-team synchronization ceremonies when dependencies exist.

    Process Optimization:

    Continuously analyze and improve Agile processes across teams. Implement Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) based on project suitability.

    Tooling & Reporting:

    Proficient in Agile tools like JIRA, or similar. Generate sprint dashboards and reports for visibility to stakeholders.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) is mandatory.
    • 4+ years of experience in Agile project environments with 2+ years as a full-time Scrum Master.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple Scrum teams or concurrent sprints.
    • Strong understanding of Agile values, principles, and metrics.

    Nice to Have:

    Experience in AI/ML or SaaS product environments. Exposure to hybrid Agile-Waterfall models. Technical background (past experience as developer, tester, or BA) is a plus.
