    The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing marketing team.

    • Develop quarterly marketing plans detailing objectives, timelines, and strategies.
    • Define success metrics and performance benchmarks for the marketing team.
    • Recruit and manage team members to establish a stable and effective marketing team.
    • Build a marketing knowledge center, including SOPs, training materials, and Q&A documentation.
    • Provide regular progress reports to the management team.
    • Implement and execute the marketing plan.

    Eligibility Criteria

    • Excellent Communication: Outstanding English speaking and written communication skills.
    • Experience:
      • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally as a marketing generalist with exposure to diverse functions.
      • At least 1 year of proven experience managing and leading teams.
    • Writing Skills: Exceptional writing skills are a significant advantage, as content creation and review may play a role.
    • Get-things-done approach: A proactive, resourceful mindset with a focus on delivering results.
    • Learning Agility: Demonstrated ability to learn and master new skills or knowledge areas that are critical to the role and implement them effectively.
    • Industry Background: Prior experience in the service industry is a plus.
    • Tech Proficiency: Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as CRMs, email marketing systems, and project management software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ClickUp, or similar).
