    Team Leader

    Handling customers

    Checking the new vehicle bookings & making sure that it is also maintained in registers on daily basis

    Checking the reports on daily & weekly

    Checking the executives performance week wise

    Monitoring the showroom/Field activities

    Allotting daily walk in & tele in enquiries in CPC's

    Arranging test drives to customers.

    Checking the daily follow ups

    Reporting the daily activities to Sales Manager

    Conducting the morning meeting

    TL checks the enquiry levels of Sales Consultants

    TL distributes enquiries amongst Sales Consultants

    TL discusses the status of each enquiry in the morning meeting

    TL uses Sales Process Management (SPM) tool and prepares the action plan with the Sales Consultants

    TL calls and meets the enquiry with the Sales Consultant to discuss and understand their purchase intentions

    Sales officer

    Attending walk in customers

    Generating enquires on field & converting

    Handling customers

    Customers follow ups on daily basis

    Collecting the bookings as per targets given

    Updating the enquiries in CPC card

    Giving test drives to walk in customers

    Confirming to the customers about accessories before the vehicle delivery

    Confirmation finance & insurance to the customers

    Making the plan of events on monthly basis

    Generating the enquiries in the event

    Passing the enquiries to the sales department

    Collecting the data from the marketing department

    Making the calls on daily basis

    Making the calls of follow up customers
