    Responsibilities:
    - End-to-End Purchase Order Management: Accurately generate, track, and manage purchase orders to ensure timely acquisition of goods and services. Confirm that orders meet specifications, budget, and deadlines, and are aligned with company standards.
    - Supplier Relations and Negotiation: Build strong partnerships with suppliers to negotiate competitive pricing, favorable terms, and high service levels. Act as the primary liaison for resolving issues related to order fulfillment, quality, or delivery timelines.
    - Inventory and Demand Coordination: Work closely with inventory, warehouse, and production teams to forecast demand, prevent stock outs, and optimize inventory turnover, balancing cost with availability.
    - Cost Control and Optimization: Drive cost savings by sourcing strategically, analyzing supplier pricing, and making data-driven recommendations to lower procurement expenses without compromising quality.

    Qualifications:
    - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
    - 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a similar role.
    - Strong analytical abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying cost-saving opportunities.
    - Excellent negotiation skills and experience building effective supplier relationships.
    - Proficiency in ERP and procurement software, as well as Excel and other data analysis tools.
