    Description

    Responsibilities

    Order Management

  • Sales order processing (create, change, reject) of all order types upon rule set provided by the principal
  • Responsible for basic CSD activities
  • Close interaction with Business Support, Affiliates and Agents
  • Release incl. SAP delivery creation, monitor and check open orders (L/C, delivery block, pricing, export licence, bottleneck product)
  • Review periodically of pending orders co-ordinate with BU for suitable action
  • Capture and maintain customer/country shipping instructions/requirements for effective and efficient order
  • Communication

  • Close interaction with Marketing Service, Business Support, Affiliates and Agents
  • Timely communication to the customer on their order position on update supply / availability
  • Co-ordinate with Finance for getting SO released from Credit Block
  • Communicate and act on delays (communicate with customers (internal/external), affiliates, agents,
  • Transport Manager, Order Fulfiller, Credit Management)
  • Give feedback on order status and handle issues and claims
  • Proactive information of all involved parties
  • Capture and maintain customer/country shipping instructions/requirements for effective and efficient order execution
  • Requirements

  • BA/BSc/BCom degree or equivalent in related field
  • 0-1 years relevant experience in Customer Service are being considered.
  • Experience working in a captive or outsourced shared service center.
  • Familiarity with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module would be an added advantage.
  • Quality experience in operational order execution and a thorough understanding of the Order to Cash (OTC) process.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office and a general understanding of SAP.
