Job Purpose

This leadership role is crucial for driving strategic and tactical matters related to the company's growth plans, policies and processes, statutory and regulatory compliances, ESG agenda, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

Overall responsibility for managing/overseeing Finance, Accounts, Business plan/MIS, Direct and Indirect taxation, Customer Credit, Statutory and Regulatory Compliance, and participate in Mergers and Acquisitions /Joint venture activities, preparation of Board deck.

Ideal candidates must demonstrate high initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.

Candidate Profile

CAs with 15+ years' experience in MNC Manufacturing organizations with a current turnover of at least INR 1000 crores.

Strong Leadership skills,

Excellent business orientation with a proven track record.

Great business partnering in value creation and business transformation.

Good interpersonal skills and ability to influence leadership and manage well across the organization.

Proven ability to work closely with PE Funds and Banks /FI
