Role Description
We are hiring a full-time AutoCAD Drafter for our Chalakkudy office.

The AutoCAD Drafter will play a key role in preparing detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, architectural plans, and production-ready documents.

A major focus of this role is cutting list preparation to support accurate production and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural, shop, and technical drawings using AutoCAD.
Specialize in cutting list preparation and support production teams with precise documentation.
Develop and update production drawings for smooth execution.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to translate concepts into reality.
Revise and finalize drawings in line with project requirements and industry standards.
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and efficiency in all drafting work.
Qualifications
Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software.
Proven experience in cutting list preparation and production drawing development.
Strong background in technical, shop, and architectural drawings.
Good understanding of architecture, detailing, and construction processes.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision.
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field (preferred).
Prior experience in residential design projects is an added advantage.
