    Year of Experiences - Minimum 8 to 10 Years (Sales of Interiors Products and Hardware Brands)

    Job Role

    + To Serve the Existing clients with Sales Support via RSMs

    + Organizing sales visits for RSM

    + Identifying new business opportunities.

    + Maintaining accurate records of the Branch Operations and Sales.

    + Attending meetings with existing clients along with RSM.

    + Reviewing sales performance of Sales Managers.

    + Negotiation skill to close the Deals for RSM

    + Planning Targets and aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.

    + Supporting in Daily Business Operations of Factory

    + Will be responsible for the Daily Business transactions happening in the Branch.

    + Preparing Branch monthly reports

    + Stock planning

    Job Description:

    + The basic Job role of Branch Head is to Maintain and serve existing clients which covers 50% of the time in sales roles. 25% will have to spend on generating the new business possibilities and Marketing the Product, Balances will be the Branch management activities such as Daily Business operations, Business transaction (Billing and Collection), Stock planning for the Branch, Preparation of Monthly reports on Sales Pipeline Incentives for RSM. Involving in Production activities which are directly related to Sales. Fully responsible for the Targets and Sales In the Branch.
