- Responsible for maintaining employee records and ensure data quality i.e. timeliness availability, accuracy and completeness.
- Automating and digitizing the HR processes

- Develop the policies and processes for onboarding and exiting employees and manage the processes to ensure smooth transition.
- Maintain the confidentiality of performance data of employees.
- Updation of relevant performance data in HRIS.
- Complete the research for the latest updates in compliances, policies, latest activities in HR fraternity
- Have used chat GPT and Bard for research work
- A full time MBA with experience in broad range of human resource domains including HR Operations with minimum of 3 years' experience.
- Experience in HR Operations and Payroll
- Knowledge of HR competencies and skills.
- Ability to implement human resources strategies, initiatives, and programs.
- Understanding of local human resources laws, legislation, and practices.
- Attention to detail
- Highly selfmotivated, directed, and change oriented
- Prior work experience in BFSI sector is preferred
- Extensive experience in employee life cycle management, data analytics and manpower management.
- Exposure to HR analytics will be desirable
- Expert in MS excel
