    Overview :


    We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Principal Software Engineer to lead our software development team in building scalable, well-designed, and architected systems for our product development company.

    The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of development, with extensive experience in designing and building large-scale systems.

    What you will be doing ?

    • Design and develop highquality, scalable, and maintainable Javabased backend systems for our product development company.
    • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in implementing best practices, architecture, and design principles in software development.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define, design, and ship new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product architecture, technology stack, and infrastructure.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve the performance, security, and scalability of our systems.
    • Keep uptodate with emerging trends and technologies in software engineering, and propose new ideas and innovations to improve our products and processes.

    From your experience, you should :

    • 8+ years of experience in software development with a focus on backend systems.
    • Proven experience in designing and building scalable, welldesigned, and architected systems.
    • Strong understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies, design patterns, and code reviews.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
    • Experience in mentoring and leading a team of software engineers
    • Solid understanding of database technologies, such as SQL, NoSQL, and caching mechanisms.
    • Strong understanding of web technologies, such as HTTP, REST, and SOAP.
    • Familiarity with cloudbased technologies, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
