    The .NET Technical Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of 5-10 developers and be accountable for delivering world-class applications
    • Represent the technical design to stakeholders, including Business Partner Leads, Project Managers, and development teams
    • Create detailed designs, including technical deliverables and tasks, as well as project estimates
    • Drive application development and ensure adherence to development standards
    • Direct the development approach for the project, encompassing tools, processes, and best practices
    • Create prototypes and templates to facilitate developer use
    • Collaborate with Project Managers and Quality Leads to resolve application defects and transition applications to production, including warranty support
    • Identify and resolve technical action items, issues, and risks
    • Ensure technical operational readiness and transition to production

    Required Skill Sets:

    • Strong experience in .NET 4.0 and .NET MVC, including core framework capabilities (e.g., Reflection, Generics, LINQ, lambda expressions, multi-threading concepts)
    • Ability to quickly grasp business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
    • Experience in analysis, design, coding, and implementation of large-scale .NET object-oriented applications and web 2.0 applications
    • Expertise in multiple technologies and architectures
    • Strong experience with UI technologies, including advanced JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, etc.
    • Experience with design patterns, test-driven development, and isolation frameworks
    • Experience with Windows Services, WCF, and ASP.NET UI applications
    • Experience with SQL Server or other RDBMS databases

    Interpersonal Skills:

    Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills are essential, along with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong decision-making skills are also required, as well as the ability to mentor other developers and enforce development best practices, such as encapsulation, composition, continuous integration, and test-driven development.

    Education:

    B.E., B.Tech, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering preferred.
