You will be working as Field Service Engineer and will be part of Electrification Business Area for Distribution Solutions Division based in Nashik, India. In this role you will be reporting to Field Service Manager and will be responsible for executing the assigned project job on time with right quality and with utmost customer satisfaction

Your responsibilities

• Coordinating service work done at site and ensuring it complies with ABB's and customer's standards, procedures and policies
• Reviewing and communicating all onsite entry requirements for FSE's prior to site visit
• Leading and delivering responsive support coordination to exceed customer expectations or experience
• Collaborating with other coordinators to ensure FSE resources are allocated to maximize completion of customer service requests and contract delivery
• Proactively maintaining and monitoring competency and certification database
• Tracking completion of service visits and ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in service field and co-ordination
• Product knowledge of ABB make Low or Medium Voltage Switchgears, Relays, PMC 600
• Should have exposure in SCADA and other communication protocol, knowledge in erection, testing, commissioning
• Good communication skills
