    About the Job

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Advisor with a well-rounded background in HR to join our team. This role will be dedicated to supporting Delhi Operating Center while also providing support to the wider Technip Energies HR team. To excel in this role, you must be open to handling all facets of HR , training and development, compensation and benefits, as well as performance management.

    You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Your adaptability and flexibility will be key in managing evolving HR demands and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Understand the short/medium/long term business requirements and to determine the most appropriate HR solutions, supported by the HR Manager-Delhi.
    • Manage transactional and operational activities such as data management, Stake holder Management, Dashboard and Reporting's.
    • Be the Delhi focal point for Inclusion and Diversity activities, and cascade relevant information to the wider HR team.
    • Provide advice to managers and employees on HR policies, practices, employment conditions and legislation. Support to enhance manager and employee knowledge of HR practices and promote workplace culture.
    • Implement corporate, region and local projects and programs such as learning and development, talent management and remuneration and benefits.
    • Manage people matters including grievances, performance improvement, conduct and other disciplinary matters as required.
    • HR projects and duties as required to support the wider HR / People & Culture function.

    About You

    We'd love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:

    • Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management.
    • Previous experience of minimum 10 + years of having worked directly with line managers in the provision of a full HR service and able to coach them when necessary.
    • Strong team player with strong customer focus.
    • Flexible to undertake varying work with changing priorities.
    • Professionalism and confidentiality.
    • Up to date knowledge of employment law, employee relations, policies & procedures, and best practice.
