The UX Writer role is ideal forindividuals proficient in banking with experience in UX/UI writingand translating client requirements into sitemaps user flowscustomer journey maps and prototypes.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Produce native highquality andaccurate English copy for digital journeys as an UXWriter
  
• Understand customer segments andcustomer experience journeys thoroughly to help meet businessobjectives and customer satisfaction with precise and userfriendlycopy elements
  
• Write clear concise consistentlanguage that s onbrand and helps usersnavigate
  
• Write for various UI and UXcomponents ranging from error messages tooltips and descriptionsincluding systemgeneratedupdates
  
• Work closely with clients tounderstand their business and create content strategies for theircustomer journeys on mobile andweb
  
• Experience in writing or editingcontent for web or mobileapplications
  
• Understand and promote bestpractices in content strategy SEO andusability

• Experience in UX writing for complexuser journeys
  
• Copywriting or content strategyskill with banking or finance background is stronglypreferred
  
• Profound understanding around bestpractices and trends regarding digital banking finance andinvestment products
  
• Demonstrated experience in definingand managing the personality tone voice and other aspects of aproducts contentprinciples
  
• Familiar with prototyping inFigma
  
• A good quality laptop (i5 or above)and uninterrupted highspeed (broadband)internet
