    We are hiring for the role of an HR Manager for our client company, which is a conglomerate in the Consultancy industry.


    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Employee Relations:
    Act as a bridge between employees and management, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a harmonious workplace.

    HR Policies:
    Assist in developing, communicating, and implementing HR policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.

    Training and Development:
    Identify training needs, coordinate workshops, and facilitate programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

    Performance Management:
    Support the performance appraisal process by guiding goal-setting, providing feedback, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

    Benefits Administration:
    Administer employee benefits programs, including health plans, leaves, and other perks, ensuring employee well-being.

    Employee Engagement:
    Organize activities, surveys, and initiatives to boost employee morale, teamwork, and overall job satisfaction.

    Compliance Monitoring:
    Stay updated on labor laws, maintain accurate records, and ensure company-wide compliance.

    HR Reporting:
    Generate and analyze HR metrics to provide insights that inform strategic decisions and improvements.

    Conflict Resolution:
    Mediate employee conflicts and provide constructive solutions to maintain a positive work atmosphere.

    Documentation:
    Maintain precise records of employee information, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.


    Qualifications:

    • Master's Degree in Human Resources from an institution of repute or its equivalent
    • Minimum 20 years relevant experience
    • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
