- Relevant78 years of Real Estate Broking Experience (mostly in officetransactions in Mumbai)
- Ideally have IPC(International Property Consultant) experience in CommercialTransactions No Landlord Representation and Pure Brokingexperience.
- Complete understanding of the realestate transaction practices with expertise in concluding theentire cycle of office transactions from prospecting todocumentation
- Generateleads through various channels to expand the customer base andcreate opportunities for office business focusing on comprehensivemarket coverage.
- Recognize the importance ofreaching decisionmakers swiftly to present business opportunitieseffectively.
- Aim for 14 18 meetings per week toenhance market penetration and foster businessgrowth.
- Conduct fortnightly performanceassessments to maintain a healthy pipeline and meet targets withinthe YTD timelines.
- Establish strong connectionswith developers investors and landlords to foster a robustprofessional network
- Possess an understandingof the market landscape and strong connections with occupiers inMumbai particularly in the IT ITeS and SEZ assetclasses.
- Demonstrate outstanding presentationand Excel skills to convey informationeffectively.
