You will be working as Associate Project Manager at global grade 13 and will be part of Electrification business Area for Distribution Solutions division based in Nashik, India. In this role you will be reporting to Project Operations Manager and will be responsible for leading the execution of small projects with low complexity and ensuring that all related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards, contract specifications, quality standards, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements, cost or profitability targets, and scheduling targets.

Your responsibilities

• Reviewing of contractual document as per customer specification and requirements (electrical)
• Evaluating of techno-commercial risks in project (pre-tender and post-tender)
• Understanding of electrical schematics, SLD, GA and complete customer documentation including commercial terms
• Closely communicating with marketing or export customer with project tracking
• Conceptualizing an optimized and cost-efficient solution to fulfill customer requirements
• Supporting operations team on effective or easy execution and driving cost saving initiative
• Supporting commercially to marketing and sales team in volume projects during tendering stage

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in order execution for export order (Secondary GIS shall be preferred)
• Knowledge of SAP (ERP System) and customer specification, complex drawings (case to case basis)
• Knowledge of relevant IEC standards related medium voltage switchgear including CT, PT, Relay
• In depth understanding of customer communication and customer handling for export orders
• In depth knowledge of SAP (ERP system), specifically SD Module
• 30-40% travel to customer shall be applicable for the position
