    Job Description:

    Hydrovolt Energy is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to contribute to the design and optimization of process equipment for Green Hydrogen production plants. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of process engineering principles and a proven track record in the design and implementation of large-scale chemical process plants.

    Role responsibilities:

    • Engineering Documentation: Lead the development of detailed engineering documents, including Block Flow Diagrams (BFDs), Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), layouts, etc., ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
    • Process Equipment Design: Oversee the selection, sizing, and design of process equipment such as pumps, separators, and columns to meet operational efficiency and safety requirements.
    • Instrument Selection: Select appropriate instruments for enhanced control and monitoring capabilities within the process.
    • Collaboration with Procurement: Work closely with selected fabricators and suppliers to ensure that equipment meets project specifications and requirements.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
    • 5+ years of experience in Process Design & Engineering for industries related to hydrogen production, such as Refineries, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, or Renewable Energy, with a focus on large-scale process plants.
    • Specific knowledge of green hydrogen production technologies, including electrolysis, reforming, and purification processes.
    • Knowledge of industry and regulatory standards, design criteria, and codes relevant to the discipline.
    • Excellent social, verbal, and written communication skills.
