How To Contribute to Our Vision

We are seeking a skilled Lead Quality Analyst (Automation) to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Quality Analyst - Automation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the quality assurance strategy and framework for our products/services. You will lead a team of automation test engineers, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement automated testing solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in automation testing, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for driving continuous improvement in quality assurance processes.

Other Responsibilities Include

1. Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing using industry-standard automation tools and frameworks.
2. Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and design efficient test strategies.
3. Identify, prioritize, and document test cases, scenarios, and acceptance criteria based on business requirements and technical specifications.
4. Execute automated test suites, analyze test results, and troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and drive timely resolution.
5. Continuously evaluate and enhance test automation frameworks, tools, and processes to optimize test coverage, efficiency, and reliability.
6. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to provide input on testing activities and ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives.
7. Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to triage and prioritize defects, track bug resolution progress, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.
8. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in software testing and quality assurance, and recommend improvements to enhance our testing practices.

Desired Qualification and Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Proven experience (4+ years) as a Quality Analyst, Software Test Engineer, or similar role, with a focus on automation testing.
3. Demonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of successfully leading and mentoring teams of automation test engineers.
4. Expertise in automation testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, TestNG, or similar.
5. Proficiency in programming/scripting languages, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar.
6. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a keen attention to detail.
8. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
9. Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE, CSQA) are a plus.
