We're now looking for a dynamic, client-focused Key Account Manager to join our leadership tier and help take our accounts to the next level.

    Role Review:

    As a Key Account Manager – Performance Marketing, you will be the primary point of contact for key clients, responsible for end-to-end ownership of accounts. You'll work closely with our media buyers, strategists, creatives, and analysts to ensure campaign success, client satisfaction, and long-term growth. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Own and manage 3–6 key performance marketing accounts end-to-end
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
    • Understand client goals and translate them into actionable strategies
    • Work with internal teams to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other platforms
    • Analyze performance data and present insights with clear recommendations
    • Proactively identify growth opportunities for clients and upsell relevant services
    • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs) with clients
    • Ensure timely reporting, clear communication, and issue resolution
    • Stay updated on digital trends and platform changes impacting client success

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
    • 3-4 years of experience in digital/performance marketing, preferably in an agency setting
    • Strong client management and communication skills
    • Hands-on understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and attribution tools
    • Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns and managing multi-channel budgets
    • Analytical mindset with experience working on ROAS/CAC-driven campaigns
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Bonus: Experience in eCommerce, D2C, fintech, or edtech industries

    Timings : 9pm-6pm or 10pm-7pm

    Monday to Friday (Weekends are off)
