    Job Description - This is a National Sales Manager role for the make-up category in one of the leading personal care companies in India.

    Client Details

    Our client is a leading Indian brand in the Personal Care domain with a very strong footprint in India across offline and online trade. They are looking for a National Sales Manager for GT trade to lead the India GT (make-up category) business for them and report into the President Sales.

    Description:

    The incumbent would report into President - Sales and be responsible to:

    - Develop and implement effective sales strategies

    Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets

    Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts

    Negotiate and close agreements with large customers

    Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements

    Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

    Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities

    Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs

    Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency

    Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board

    Profile:
    The successful candidate should:

    1. Have 10+ years of General Trade experience in Make-up/skincare from Personal Care (FMCG) companies

    2. Be an MBA from a college of repute

    3. Have an analytical and a entrepreneurial bent of mind
