The Role:

We're looking for an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer with a specialty in solving optimization problems through advanced AI techniques. The successful candidate will be adept at developing and implementing AI models and algorithms that address dynamic and complex optimization challenges, contributing significantly to our technology solutions portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and development of AI/ML models to address complex optimization problems, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Apply metaheuristic/Deep Learning/ Reinforcement Learning and other optimization algorithms to solve challenges with varying constraints and objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of AI solutions into broader systems.
• Perform data analysis and feature engineering to inform model development and refinement.
• Keep abreast of emerging AI/ML trends and technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into our solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and help cultivate an environment of technical excellence.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Operations Research, or related fields.
• At least 3+ years of experience in AI/ML roles, with a strong focus on optimization problems.
• Proficient in programming languages like Python or R and AI/ML frameworks.
• Solid experience with optimization algorithms, including metaheuristic algorithms, and their application in industry settings.
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning and deep learning methodologies is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
