    Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our HR team as a Junior HR Operations professional. The Junior HR Operations role will focus on supporting HR processes and procedures, including payroll, benefits administration, HRIS management, and compliance. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone interested in HR operations to gain valuable experience and contribute to the smooth functioning of our HR department.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Assist in payroll processing by gathering and verifying employee data, calculating wages, and ensuring accuracy of payroll records.
    2. Should have experience in HR generalist activities like On-boarding formalities, Off-boarding formalities, etc
    3. Support benefits administration, including enrolling new employees in benefit programs, processing changes, and responding to employee inquiries.
    4. Manage HR information systems (HRIS) by updating employee data, generating reports, and troubleshooting system issues.
    5. Assist with compliance tasks, such as maintaining employee records, ensuring legal compliance with HR policies and regulations, and preparing reports for audits.
    6. Support HR projects and initiatives, such as process improvements, system upgrades, and policy implementations.
    7. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, organizing training sessions, and maintaining HR documentation.
    8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance and IT, to ensure seamless HR operations and data integrity.
    9. Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to support continuous improvement and compliance efforts.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Previous experience or internship in HR operations, payroll, or benefits administration is preferred but not required.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Knowledge of HR regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
