    We are looking for someone to join us in M&A Advisory focused on Financial due diligence in Bangalore. The role is to lead and manage the financial due diligence assignments in M& Advisory

    Role Qualifier:

    • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Due Diligence (FDD).
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in team mentoring.
    • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
    • Proven track record of effectively managing a team of 10-15 professionals in Financial Due Diligence.
    • Sector Agnostic experience.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Legal Document Comprehension:
    • Ability to understand and comprehend legal documents such as SPA (Sale and Purchase Agreement), SHA (Shareholder Agreement), and SSA (Share Subscription Agreement).
    • Proficient in investment structuring, with a deep understanding of how investments are structured.
    1. Business Acumen:
    • Possess a solid understanding of the general business and economic environment, demonstrating a commercial outlook.
    • Sector Agnostic approach, adaptable to various industry domains.
    1. Financial Due Diligence Management:
    • Manage and execute financial due diligence procedures related to the sale and purchase of companies and businesses.
    • Identify and assess issues that may impact transactions and provide insights into their implications.
    1. Client Value Delivery:
    • Identify and understand key business drivers, ensuring the delivery of valuable services and high-quality deliverables to clients.
    • Maintain regular communication with the target and client at all levels.
    1. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with team members, sharing project responsibilities, providing support, and communicating progress, issues, and conclusions.
    • Participate in the preparation of deliverables, including reports, presentations, and client discussions.
    1. Knowledge Sharing and Coaching:
    • Provide coaching to team members, sharing technical and industry knowledge.
    • Draw upon previous experience to contribute to the development of the team and the department.
    1. Goal-Driven Approach:
    • Focus on helping investors meet their asset management requirements by effectively addressing queries and concerns.
    1. Relationship Management:
    • Manage relationships with investee companies to obtain timely responses on data and queries.
    • Handle critical issues arising from clients (investors) and assist in their resolution.
    1. Problem-Solving Skills:
    • Demonstrate high problem-solving skills, able to drive through to outcomes in circumstances of complexity and ambiguity.
