    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the commercial vehicle industry.
    • Knowledge of commercial vehicle service processes and procedures.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong customer service orientation.
    • Ability to work well in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations.
    • Proficiency in computer systems and software used for service management.
    • Valid driver's license.
    • Basic knowledge of commercial vehicle mechanics and technical systems.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Interact with customers to understand their commercial vehicle service requirements.
    • Provide accurate and timely cost estimates for service and repair jobs.
    • Schedule service appointments and ensure vehicles are serviced in a timely manner.
    • Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing all customer inquiries and concerns.

    • Recommend additional services and products to customers based on their needs.
    • Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any further needs.
    • Stay updated on the latest commercial vehicle models, features, and technical knowledge.
