    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Cost Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of manufacturing costs, including direct materials, labor, and overhead expenses. Identify areas of cost inefficiencies and develop strategies to address them.
    2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with management to develop annual budgets and forecasts for manufacturing costs. Monitor actual performance against budgeted targets and provide regular updates and variance analysis.
    3. Inventory Management: Implement effective inventory control procedures to optimize inventory levels and minimize carrying costs. Monitor inventory turnover rates and identify opportunities for improvement.
    4. Cost Reduction Initiatives: Lead cost reduction initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency. Work cross-functionally with other departments to implement cost-saving measures while maintaining product quality standards.
    5. Standard Costing: Establish and maintain standard costing systems for manufactured products. Regularly review and update standard costs to ensure accuracy and relevance.
    6. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to manufacturing costs. Present findings and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making processes.
    7. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies. Identify potential financial risks and implement controls to mitigate them.
    8. Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the finance and manufacturing teams. Encourage collaboration and innovation to achieve cost optimization goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
    • Previous experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or related roles within the manufacturing industry, preferably in electronic manufacturing.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify key insights.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling and cost analysis techniques.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and cost drivers.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software applications.
