- Vendor Coordination: Establish and maintain relationships with various vendors including hotels, transportation companies, tour guides, and activity providers. Negotiate contracts, secure bookings, and oversee the quality of services provided.
- Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing travel recommendations, and offering support throughout the booking process and during their travel.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise before, during, or after the trip, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all travel arrangements, including contracts, invoices, and client preferences, to facilitate efficient communication and future trip planning.
