    Description

    Position Overview:

    The SDR - team leader, will play a critical role in driving the growth of our sales pipeline by leading and managing a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify and qualify leads, as well as for coaching and mentoring the SDR team to achieve and exceed

    their targets.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
    • Develop and implement effective sales prospecting strategies to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline.
    • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead qualification processes and ensure alignment on target accounts.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to SDR team members to support their professional growth and development.
    • Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the SDR team.
    • Identifying trends and understanding the patterns and making informed decisions to optimize strategies, improve performance, and capitalize on opportunities.
    • Utilize CRM software (e.g: Zoho) to track and manage leads, opportunities, and pipeline activity.
    • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and refine sales enablement resources,including scripts, email templates, and training materials.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
    • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive overall sales growth and achieve revenue targets.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
    • 4 to 6 years of experience in sales development or inside sales, with a proven track record of success in a managerial or leadership role.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects and colleagues.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot,or Outreach.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
    • Proactive and results-oriented attitude, with a strong drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results.
    • Capable of guiding large enterprises to facilitate senior-level executive engagement for the product through outstanding content across various channels, while also mentoring the team in email, calls, and other communication methods.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
