    Position Overview:

    As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and expanding our corporate sales efforts. This role requires a strong focus on B2B sales, channel sales, and new business development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.

    Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.

    Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.

    Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.

    Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

    Proven track record of success in new client acquisition, corporate sales, B2B sales, and channel sales.

    Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

    Must have a laptop and access to transportation (bike/car) for client meetings and travel as needed.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Previous experience in Corporate Sale or Channel Sales.

    Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

    Advanced degree or professional certifications in Sales or Business Development.
