Role/ Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct research to identify and qualify potential leads within the Blockchain,
Crypto, and DeFi industries.
2. Utilize technical knowledge to understand and analyze industry trends,
competitive landscapes, and potential partnership opportunities.
3. Develop and implement email outreach strategies to engage with prospects,
nurture leads, and schedule meetings.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and progress in
our CRM system (e.g., Pipedrive).
5. Collaborate with the Business Development team to optimize strategies, refine
processes, and achieve team goals.
6. Demonstrate self-motivation and accountability in following up with leads,
tracking performance metrics, and adjusting tactics for success.
Key Requirements
● Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant Bachelor's or Master's
degree program.
● Strong research skills with the ability to gather and synthesize information
effectively.
● Technical knowledge and understanding of Blockchain, Crypto, and DeFi
concepts and technologies.
● Excellent written communication skills, particularly in crafting compelling emails
and outreach messages.
● Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data management and lead tracking.
● Self-motivated and proactive, with a drive to achieve results and take ownership
of projects.
● Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) is a plus.
● Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing is
advantageous but not required.
