    Senior Manager – (Agent Acquisition)-Telesales -NBFC

    Should have prior experience handling a team of 30+ tele Sales/Acquisition team along with 2-3 Team leaders, Experience in any Banks, Fin-tech, NBFC.

    Experience: Minimum 7+ years' experience in the relevant industry

    Budget: 15-18 LPA

    Location: Bangalore

    Role Description

    • Leading a team of 50+ Partner Success Managers & 4-5 team managers,
    • Accountable for the team's performance in acquiring business partners/Loan agents/DSA virtually
    • Make sure the team is connecting with Assigned leads and getting the conversions at the best possible customers to get the right documents in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat.
    • Defining the team members' targets daily and monthly and ensuring they are achieved.
    • Monitoring team performance and providing training when required.
    • Handling any escalations and providing solutions.
    • Ensuring the team's data and being involved in their performance assessment for appraisal or Attrition.
    • Conduct regular meetings with the higher management and team members to be on top of the table to achieve the given targets.
    • Set team performance standards using key metrics and monitor the team's overall performance against goals set.
    • Training the team members to ensure they are connecting with the partners and providing awareness about company policies, Product knowledge, and eligibility criteria along with documentation.

    Attributes we are looking for:

    • Should be a graduate/post-graduation.
    • Effective communication, Interpersonal skills, confident speaking skills, and leading a diverse group of people.
    • Should be energetic, have a positive attitude, and have the passion to work.
    • Should have prior experience handling a team of 30+ tele Sales/Acquisition team along with 2-3 Team leaders, Experience in any Banks, Fin-tech, NBFC. EdTech
    • Comfortable with multitasking, prioritization, and time management.
    • Proficiency in Excel & relationship-building skills.
    • Hindi is a must, other southern languages are an added advantage
    • Should be able to work and perform in high target-defined situations.
    • Strategic thinking with a problem-solving attitude.
