    Performance Marketing – Associate

    Job Summary: Support the performance media marketing strategy for our D2C operations across personal care brands and categories, focusing on optimizing digital advertising campaigns to achieve sales and growth objectives. The ideal candidate will also serve as the digital thought leader, helping to identify trends, evolving best practices, and new technologies/tools for all digital efforts that drive engagement and ROI.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategy Development:
    • Develop and execute a performance media strategy for customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
    • Set and monitor Kepis for digital marketing campaigns.
    • Campaign Management:
    • Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram).
    • Manage budget allocation for optimal ROI.
    • Adjust strategies based on campaign performance analysis.
    • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
    • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for future marketing strategies.
    • Collaboration:
    • Lead the performance media marketing team for the Business
    • Work with the creative team on ad creatives and messaging.
    • Align marketing efforts with product launches and promotions.
    • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors.
    • Market and Competitor Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
    • Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

    Requirements

    Required Knowledge and Skills:

    • Experience:
    • 3-6 years Proven performance marketing experience, preferably in D2C companies or personal care.
    • Success in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
    • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager).
    • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
    • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
    • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Team management skills.
    • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with D2C business models and e-commerce platforms.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
    • Relevant digital marketing certifications.
