    Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth within a company. They develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.

    Responsibilities

    · Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer experience

    · Committed to achieving the mutually agreed sales targets

    · Be cognizant of both the Top line and Bottom line targets of the organization

    · Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers

    · Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

    · Liason with architects, PMC's, general contractors etc. to gain insights into potential projects

    · Arrange business meetings and POC's with prospective clients

    · Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives

    · Prepare sales contract ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

    · Regular follow-up with clients & vendors

    · Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

    · Regularly update the CRM with lead, project & revenue details.
