    Role Overview:

    As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on Google, Facebook, and other social media channels. Your primary objective will be to generate leads and conversions through targeted advertising strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies to drive leads and conversions, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.
    2. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
    3. Create and manage advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, ad copywriting, targeting, bidding, and optimization.
    4. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable insights.
    5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.
    6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital advertising, and proactively share insights and recommendations with the team.
    7. Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
    8. Experiment with new ad formats, targeting options, and creative strategies to drive innovation and improve campaign results.
    9. Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI across campaigns.
    10. Maintain a strong understanding of our products/services, target audience, and competitive landscape to inform campaign strategies and messaging.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
    • 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and paid advertising.
    • Proven track record of managing successful digital advertising campaigns, specifically on Google Ads and Facebook Ads, with demonstrated results in lead generation and conversions.
    • In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms, ad formats, targeting options, and campaign optimization techniques.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and findings clearly and effectively.
    • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
    • AdWords and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
