- Develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies to drive leads and conversions, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Create and manage advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, ad copywriting, targeting, bidding, and optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital advertising, and proactively share insights and recommendations with the team.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Experiment with new ad formats, targeting options, and creative strategies to drive innovation and improve campaign results.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI across campaigns.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our products/services, target audience, and competitive landscape to inform campaign strategies and messaging.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and paid advertising.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital advertising campaigns, specifically on Google Ads and Facebook Ads, with demonstrated results in lead generation and conversions.
- In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms, ad formats, targeting options, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and findings clearly and effectively.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- AdWords and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
