    JobSummary:As a Hostess you willbe responsible for creating a welcoming and comfortable environmentfor customers. Your primary role is to greet and seat guests managereservations and assist in maintaining an organized and efficientflow..Responsibilities:
    1. Greetingand SeatingGuests:
    • Warmlywelcome customers as they enter the FBar.
    • Escort guests to their tables and providethem with menus.
    • Ensure that guests arecomfortable and assist with seatingarrangements.
    1. ReservationManagement:
    • Handlereservation requests through phone calls or onlineplatforms.
    • Maintain an organized reservationsystem and update it as needed.
    • Coordinate withthe kitchen and waitstaff to manage reservationsefficiently.
    1. CustomerAssistance:
    • Provideinformation about menu items specials andpromotions.
    • Address customer inquiries concernsand special requests.
    • Monitor and managecustomer waiting lists during peakhours.
    1. MaintainingCleanliness andAmbiance:
    • Ensurethat the dining area is clean tidy and appropriately setup.
    • Collaborate with the cleaning staff tomaintain hygiene standards.
    • Assist in creatinga pleasant ambiance with appropriate lighting music and dcor.
    1. CoordinatingwithStaff:
    • Communicateeffectively with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smoothoperations.
    • Relay customer feedback and specialrequests to the relevant teammembers.
    1. HandlingPayments:
    • Processcustomer payments and provide accurate change whennecessary.
    • Coordinate with the cashier toensure a smooth paymentprocess.
    1. AssistingwithEvents:
    • Collaboratewith the management team to organize and execute specialevents.
    • Ensure that events run smoothly bycoordinating with staff andcustomers.
