    Overview:

    As aRetention Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developingand executing strategies to
    maximize customerretention and loyalty. Your primary focus will be onunderstanding customer behaviour implementing targeted campaignsand leveraging data driven insights to increase repeat user revenue& customer lifetime value.

    This role requires a blend ofanalytical skills creativity and a deep understanding of customerpsychology to drive engagement and loyalty.


    Key Responsibilities:


    1)

    CustomerSegmentation and Analysis:
    Conduct thorough analysis of customer data to identify keysegments. Develop strategies forpersonalized communication (via SMS Email WhatsApp & Bot)based on customer segments. Utilize datainsights to enhance the overall customer experience andsatisfaction.

    RetentionCampaign Planning and Execution:
    Design and implementretention campaigns across various channelsPlanning and creating automated user journeys for effectivecommunication Create compelling content andmessaging to resonate with different customer segments.

    Collaborate with crossfunctional teams toensure seamless execution ofcampaigns.
    3)

    Feedback andSurveys:
    Implement customerfeedback loops to gather insights and understand pain points. Utilize surveys and other feedbackmechanisms to improve customer satisfaction and address issuesproactively.
    4)

    Analytics andReporting:
    Regularly analysecampaign performance and customer metrics to measure success. Provide detailed reports and insights tosenior management.
    5)

    CrossfunctionalCollaboration:
    Work closelywith product sales and customer support teams to align retentionstrategies with overall business goals. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistency in messagingand branding.

    Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field; Masters degree is a plus. Minimum 2 years ofexperience in CRM or a similar role Provenexperience in retention marketing or a similar role. Strong analytical skills with the abilityto interpret data and draw actionable insights. Experience with customer segmentation andtargeting strategies. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in marketing automation tools and customer relationshipmanagement (CRM) systems. Creative mindsetwith the ability to think strategically and executetactically.


    PreferredSkills:

    Familiarity with
    A/B testing methodologies. Knowledge of
    ecommerce subscriptionbased models orrelevant industries. Proficiency in usinganalytics tools such as
    Clever Tap Web Engage MoEngage (or similar CRM s)Tableau Google AnalyticsExcel
