Role:
Printstop is implementing Odoo ERP modulefor its OperationsDepartment. Thisprofile will play a crucial role in the successful developmentimplementation testing and maintenance of the Odoo ERPsystem.

Thisindividual will collaborate closely with the outsourced developmentagency during the beta and user testing phases ensuring a seamlesstransition from development toimplementation.

Following the implementation the Odoo Developer will be responsiblefor maintaining the ERP system troubleshooting issues and providingnecessary assistance to ERPusers.

Location:
Bhiwandi (Bhumi World)Mumbai.

Qualifications&Experience: Havea total development experience of 35 years as Odoo ERP developer12years in databaseadministration.
Excellent knowledge in different stacks Python PostgreSQLJavaScript HTMLCSS XML etc Min 2Years

Skillsets:
Soft skills:Stakeholder management and stakeholder communicationskills Stronganalytical and problemsolvingskills. Excellentwritten and verbal communicationskills. Strongorganizational and time managementskills. Experiencein eCommerce and/or manufacturing operations is aplus. TimeManagement Quicklearner

Technical skills:Excellent understanding of Odooframework. Strongknowledge of Odoo Stack Technologies (i.e. Python JavaScript HTMLCSS PostgreSQLMySQLDjangoetc.). Should haveobject oriented programingknowladge. Shouldhave good understanding of Odoo module building andtroubleshooting.
Should have good understanding databaseadministration.
Knowledge of Linux operatingsystem. Knowledgeof Cloud infra like AWS or MicrosoftAzure. Strongknowledge of software (ERP) development lifecycle.
Technofunctionalexpertise.

KeyResponsibilities:
ERPImplementation: Collaborate with theoutsourced company in the beta and user testing phases of the OdooERP implementation.
Coordinateand communicate effectively with the development team to ensuresuccessful deployment of the ERPsystem.

UserTesting:
Conduct thorough testing of theOdoo ERP system to identify and resolve any bugs or issues beforefullscale implementation.
Gatherfeedback from endusers and work towards enhancing userexperience.

PostImplementationSupport:
Provide ongoing support andmaintenance for the Odoo ERPsystem.
Address user queriestroubleshoot issues and ensure the efficient operation of theERP.

Developmentand Optimization:
Collaborate with theuser team to understand new needs and code / customize the Odoomodules as per businessrequirements.
Optimize existingERP functionalities to improve overall system performance. Closelywork with the tech team for integrations and API testing with theecommerceplatform

Database:
Maintain and optimise the datastructures and overall data of theERP

Documentation:Document system configurations changes and customizations to ensurea comprehensive understanding of the ERPsetup.


Training:
Conduct training sessions forendusers
