Experience in similar capacity in Container Liner Shipping / Freight Forwarding and a proven track record in dealing with Shippers/Intermediaries and leading corporates.

Candidates should be able to identify potential customers, apply innovative methods to obtain target results and lead a sales team.

Must have a good network and relationships with the players in local market and surrounding areas. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Should be able to correspond and communicate with Principals and customers independently.

Develop good volumes customers Improve business conversion by regular follow ups and by giving competitive rates Support in achieving organisation business targets.

Retaining existing customers and improve service levels. Finalize rate contract with shipping lines / Airlines for volume customers. Develop innovative ideals in operations and business developments. To develop customer data base and add new customer to our folder. To achieve individual targets and team targets. To support organisation growth. Manage Key accounts and ensure desired service levels are achieved.
