    Ciklum is looking for a Support Engineer to join our team full-time in India.

    Responsibilities

  • Gain and maintain full knowledge of the company's products and flows
  • Proactively monitoring, sampling, and testing events in the Production environment
  • Providing first-tier support to any issue raised and found
  • Responsibility for customer support cases coming from both emails and phone calls
  • Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English (upper-intermediate) – Must
  • Technical understanding and experience with Windows and Office – Must
  • Experience in technical support Tier 1 or 2 – Advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Must
  • Experience in video – Advantage
  • Experience in Online streaming (CDN) – Advantage
  • Experience in dynamic, fast-paced, hi-tech environment – Advantage
  • Good to have experience in Network Protocols
  • Basic technical skills for troubleshooting hardware
